Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Purpose: As a Sales inland B2B Sales Representative at Premier FMCG, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business within the B2B sector in the inland region.

EDUCATION:

  • Essential: Grade 12. Desirable: A National Diploma or relevant certification in a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Essential: 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry with a specific focus on the B2B sector in the inland region. Desirable: Background or training in the B2B or culinary industry. Understanding of BTU channels and categories, with expertise in Inland B2B services.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • A solid understanding of trading environments, product costing, and macro/microenvironments within the B2B sector. Familiarity with cross-functional integration and technology relevant to the food services industry.

SKILLS:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to customer-specific needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to contribute to Research and Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD) within the B2B sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers within The Inland B2B Market. Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers’ needs and preferences. Regularly visit and engage with customers to build trust and rapport.
  • Profitable Market Share Growth: Identify growth opportunities within the B2B sector in the Inland Region.
  • Technical/Sales Support: Provide technical/Sales expertise to address customer requirements. Collaborate with customers to extend our product offerings and adapt to their specific needs. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Business Regulations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the B2B sector.
  • Targets Achievement: Implement and execute business strategies tailored to the Inland B2B Market. Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance our offerings. Meet monthly targets and financial goals.
  • Technical Solutions: Provide costings, technical solutions, and oversee the entire value chain within the context of B2B.
