JOB OVERVIEW
Established in 1950, many years of exceptional service and experience have made Klassen Bronze Limited a world leader in manufacturing, distribution and imports and exports of letters, numbers, signs, keys, and key accessories. Klassen also manufactures and distributes a range of PRO-DF products which includes items such as mailboxes and house numbering systems.
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative who will create and service accounts throughout Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI. The perfect candidate would be a sales savvy, aggressive self-starter, who can manage the province alongside a Sales Manager. The role will include partial travel within a specified sales territory.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sell Klassen Bronze products to customers in your designated territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new accounts.
- Keep up to date on product information and specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Submit weekly call reports.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to sales management regularly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for business development and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
The interview process will include one Zoom interview. Should you be chosen to move forward in the recruitment process, there will be a subsequent in-person interview with our Sales Managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
