Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in on-site luxury retail sales with a commission-based structure OR
  • 3+ years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic dermatology, or related industries.
  • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. If you are a confident, high-integrity, customer-centric individual with a track record of sales success, we want to hear from you. You will handle consultations and generate enthusiasm for our non-invasive procedures, supported by warm leads provided by our expert marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule appointments with warm leads, conduct consultations, and describe LaserAway’s treatments.
  • Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
  • Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
  • Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.
  • Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.
  • Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
