Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in increasing enrollment at Collège LaSalle by promoting our programs to prospective students and their families. Your primary mission will be to develop strategic relationships and apply results-oriented sales techniques to maximize enrollment rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, communications, management, or a related field (an asset);
- More than 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, account management, or a similar role;
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Possess a valid driver’s license, own a vehicle, and be ready to travel within Quebec for recruitment activities;
- Bilinguism (french and english).
This role involves interaction with several clients and partners. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
