Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports to: Selling Sales Manager
Wages: competitive wages plus commissions

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Pro or similar role
• Familiarity and experience with social media strategies and platforms
• Experience in Spa/pool industry, an asset
• Experience with power engine equipment sales; an asset
• Experience in landscape and design settings; an asset
• Certified in Forklift operations, an asset
• Certified in Loader operations, an asset

• Greet and direct customers
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Reach out to potential leads through various channels, such as email, phone, text, social media, etc.
• Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company while also providing the customer with optimal value
• Process customer orders and submit to the Selling Sales Manager for approval
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional customer service
• Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following the selling process with potential buyers, including product demos and presentations
• Stay up to date with new products/services
• Other duties as assigned
