REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven sales experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry in Ireland.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain product benefits.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to meet clients.

• Knowledge of steel fabrication or manufacturing processes.
• Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, or procurement teams.
