Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Representative at LUFKIN Don-Nan in Midland, TX, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role will involve both in-person meetings in Midland, TX, and remote communication with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of oil & gas industry products and services
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Education and Training: High School education or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred)

  • Establish and nurture relationships with assigned customers
  • Track and communicate evolving market conditions, as well as customer and competitor plans.
  • Create awareness of Lufkin Don-Nan’s value and capabilities within the assigned territory and match those capabilities with customer needs.
  • Attend industry, technical, and social functions to embed yourself in the industry and further Don-Nan/ Lufkin’s brand.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and practices, and customer operational and budgetary changes.
  • Communicate the above information to management on a timely basis.
