A Day in the Life

The successful candidate will maintain and develop Medtronic Aortic business with existing and new customers in line with the Country Managers guidelines in the central London territory, while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
Working with customers to develop champions for Medtronic’s new technology and identify opportunities for future business growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory, by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Endovascular and related products.
  • Conduct and monitor asset management of consignment and all other stock levels according to guidelines.
  • Build strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
  • Report all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete and timely fashion.
  • Identify and prepare upcoming tenders.
  • Train and educate relevant hospital staff on Medtronic Aortic products, using Medtronic resources in the most effective way.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Aortic / Radiology or Vascular experience
  • Proven track record in medical device sales
  • Driving Licence
  • Experience in operating Theatre
