REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Proven ability to demonstrate business growth and acquire new clients
  • Strong record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Natural ability to identify business opportunities and persuade or influence others
  • Field sales expertise in medical devices to secondary care in a theatre-based environment
  • Full current UK driving licence

  • Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated promotion of Medtronic ORE technology to the NHS and private hospitals within the region
  • Gain a thorough understanding of product applications in relation to the UK healthcare market
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, targets, and initiatives
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, which may include occasional out-of-hours work
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key opinion leaders within the marketPromote and present educational programs to professionals in the field
