REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proven ability to demonstrate business growth and acquire new clients
- Strong record of cross-functional collaboration
- Natural ability to identify business opportunities and persuade or influence others
- Field sales expertise in medical devices to secondary care in a theatre-based environment
- Full current UK driving licence

- Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated promotion of Medtronic ORE technology to the NHS and private hospitals within the region
- Gain a thorough understanding of product applications in relation to the UK healthcare market
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, targets, and initiatives
- Attend meetings, workshops, and exhibitions as required, which may include occasional out-of-hours work
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key opinion leaders within the marketPromote and present educational programs to professionals in the field
