Job Overview: We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales and building strong relationships with dental professionals and institutions. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales of services and technology and a desire to grow within the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dental, Medical, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical technology or healthcare.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of medical technology and healthcare products is a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Other: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Sales Support: Generation of new leads, managing existing accounts, and closing sales deals.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain client relationships, including dental practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our medical technology products and services.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Order Processing: Handle order entry and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
