This role is part of surgical team based in Barranquilla where you will promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within specific customer and accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education of the company’s products and/or services.
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Calificaciones - Externas
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or biomedical/life sciences, nursing or surgical instrumentation.
- Based in Barranquilla
- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, experience in surgery rooms and other institutional areas
- Experience with surgical products (Graping, Stapling, Manual Suture, Energy, Laparoscopy Instruments)
- Experience with consultative sales, B2B and basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, surgical techniques, asepsis and antisepsis
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and results oriented
- Expertise with Microsoft tools
- Intermediate - advanced level of English
