Promote and sell Medtronic’s products for ENT (ear, nose, throat) and Endoscopy and services within an assigned in Medellin and Coast region and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for develop and build strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
- Promote and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services.
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or biomedical/life sciences, nursing or surgical instrumentation or any economic-administrative career.
- Based in Medellín
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience
- Experience with consultative sales in B2B model
- Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork skills and results oriented
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and CRM
Familiarity with Endoscopy portfolio and English skills is a plus.
