Position Description
- Cumplir los objetivos de ventas
- Incrementar las ventas de todos los productos QIAGEN gestionando todas las funciones de ventas y asegurando una buena coordinación entre el servicio y otras funciones de ventas / marketing.
- Implementación de la estrategia de la empresa a través de planes territoriales específicos considerando las tendencias actuales del mercado.
- Responsable del desarrollo y seguimiento de los objetivos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Garantizar la precisión del pronóstico, la gestión de la canalización y la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los informes solicitados.
- Entrena y desarrolla individuos / equipos para que tengan la dirección, habilidades y herramientas para lograr los objetivos.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3 años de experiencia como representante de ventas
- Conocimiento medio - avanzado de MS Office
- Familiaridad con Sales Force o un sistema de CRM equivalente para construir relaciones con clientes y seguimiento
- Excelentes habilidades de venta, comunicación y negociación
- Grado relacionado con las ciencias de la salud
- Idioma inglés 70 a 80%
