REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as Swedish, Danish or Norwegian are a plus
  • Experience in sales, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling - internships count as well!
  • Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team

Responsibilities:

Are you a salesperson at heart? Then join our sales team as a Sales Representative (all genders) for the Nordic countries and be responsible for establishing successful new business relationships resulting in the company’s growth!

  • Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e-mail and chat
  • Identify cross and up-sell potentials and distribute the entire TeamViewer product platform
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to ensure that your monthly goals are met
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Support and Retention, to ensure a high level of service satisfaction
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitors and market conditions
