Responsibilities:
- Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets for network security solutions.
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Meet daily performance standards in calls, orders, sell time, and quotas.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Position network security products to meet customer needs.
- Manage return authorizations and liaise with vendors on promotions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and assist with sales initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- Manage customer expectations and promote TD SYNNEX as a value-add.
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and pricing structures.
