Education / Certifications:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a multinational pharmaceutical company in neurology / high
cost

Responsibilities:
- Achieve 100% of the annual sales quota and contribute to revenue growth
- Identify, classify, and regularly update the medical list, prioritizing the doctors with the greatest
potential.
- Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (CFT), adapting
strategies to market-specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate extensively with internal teams, including medical, market access, and marketing, to
enhance strategic alignment and execution.
- Lead account development initiatives by analyzing client needs and aligning them with business
objectives.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with KOLs and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and
market penetration.
- Organize and support continuing medical education meetings with physicians, ensuring the
dissemination of up-to-date scientific information.
- Utilize CRM platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor KPIs such as market share
growth, revenue targets, and account performance metrics.
- Provide detailed market insights and actionable feedback to marketing and sales leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Focus on continuous improvement of account performance by identifying opportunities for growth and
implementing innovative solutions.
- Implement the strategy defined by marketing, developing, and carrying out action plans in order to
achieve the commercial/sales objectives of the assigned territory.
- Organize and support continuing medical education meetings with physicians for the dissemination of
scientific information.
- Manage the resources assigned to the territory in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Attend and participate in all training assigned by the company, such as products, sales techniques,
compliance, etc.
- Carry out and keep up to date the key performance indicators of their function such as Coverage,
frequency, daily visit reports, expense reports, etc. using the tools offered by the company.
- Comply with safety and management standards at work.
- Comply with the company’s code of conduct and SOPs.
