About the Role
Diageo Belgium is part of Diageo Northern Europe, a Benelux, GASP & Nordics cluster. It is a diverse and exciting business with local and global customers operating across on-trade, off-trade, and RTM. Your role will be focused on a region within the Belgian retail market. You will get the chance to work independently, ensuring rapid learning about the industry in which Diageo operates!
Responsibilities include:

Distribution and Sales driver execution/activation

  • Focus on the sell-in of Diageo portfolio and brand activations at current and new business partners
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions
  • Analyzing the performance of activations in venues and stores

Being a (sales) professional

  • Seeking new business opportunities in partnership with colleagues
  • Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship efficiency through structured brand/solution sell-in, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills

Operational excellence in execution and efficiency

  • Structured, organized, efficient planning, personal ownership, and clear communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Operating with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles
  • Ability and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and adjusted/course-corrected as required
