We are looking to find a Sales Representative & Product Specialist that can lead and develop sales for Surgical Workflows portfolio in district West (Jylland and Fyn).
You will be commercially responsible for selling and promoting SW (Surgical Workflows) product portfolio* to existing and potential customers – through all phases of the project from initial contact, solution design, quoting to delivery.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales experience from the healthcare sector with a good understanding of the flow in a hospital and the complexity here of
  • Strong knowledge and experience with technical solutions and solution selling
  • Structured approach in account management
  • Experience in sales, aftermarket and communication
  • Documented track-record in building strong relationships with customers
  • Experience with tender work is preferred
  • Solid understanding of a complex organisation and how to succeed in this set-up
  • IT skills & presentations skills
  • Successful interaction with colleagues and external customers and possessing the ability to understand the customer’s needs
  • Getinge’s product range Surgical Workflows fits perfectly into daily clinical practice and assists in improving the therapeutic management of patients.

Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

  • Drive and increase sales of SW portfolio
  • Achieve sales targets, margin and order intake targets in own district
  • Responsible for Pre-Do-Post tender process in district
  • Responsible for building a long-term relations with hospitals, regions and other stakeholders focusing on creating new project sales for large accounts
  • Develop Sales and Marketing strategies for own district
  • Participate in customer meetings exhibitions both local as for Nordic
  • Responsible for sales process quotations and proposals in district
  • Responsible for updating documentation and pipeline of customer actions and plans in CRM (G:Force )
  • Daily interactions with customers and other stakeholders (internal and external)

Product Specialist

  • Solution selling and ability to understand and analyze customers workflows
  • Perform Customer need analysis for different SWIC (Surgical Workflows and Infection Control) offerings
  • Prepare system design, specifications, offers and documentation
  • Represent SWIC in general – act as back-up and support SWIC Colleagues
  • Drive own education and seek knowledge when required by customer demands
  • Manage projects from first contact to signed agreement
  • Contribute to internal coordination and act as link between customer and delivery org in early stage of the project
