Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Sales/management qualification
Minimum 5 years experience in fitness sales
Ability to lead a sales team
Skilled in using fitness software, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
English & Arabic speaking
Friendly, confident and outgoing personality
Self-motivated, organised, excellent time management & communication skills
Powerful persuasion skills
Recruitment skills
Financial & general numeracy skills
Public speaking skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting sales goals
Create sales plan to achieve defined targets
Provide team training
Motivate sales team

Recruiting and hirin

• Align sales with daily operations of the gym
• Build customer relationships and understand customer needs
• Customer service management
• Set up daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Feedback and action plan on sales team
• Reports to be shared with club manager
• Calculating and reporting sales team commissions
• Stakeholders communication

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
