Responsibilities:

  • Phone calls, broker and client meetings, follow ups, email correspondence and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Consult with clients, and educate them on the best product to suit their needs
  • Reply to leads with a sense of urgency
  • Attend daily sales huddles
  • Stay up to date about pre-construction, resale, and rental market
  • Book appointments and take clients and brokers for site tours
  • Participate in broker and client events
  • Meet sales targets
