PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Vocera Sales Representative focused on K-12 Education, you work strategically to promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet our customers’ needs.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in a designated territory.
  • Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process.
  • Forecast and maintain the necessary pipeline to support quota achievement quarter over quarter.
  • Advance opportunities efficiently and with a sense of urgency through the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through K-12 Education
  • Conduct solution-focused customer presentations, including coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal team members.
  • Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize the success of your territory.
  • You are responsible for leveraging relationships with an approved network of Indirect Channels (resellers) to identify new opportunities.
  • You will be expected to drive sales growth by developing a robust sales funnel through prospecting, securing new accounts, and expanding our portfolio within an existing customer base.
  • As an Account Manager, you will love driving in the fast lane and living out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that help promote a safer environment for students and staff members.
