Your Role: TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Multi-Family Projects)
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with expertise in multi-family residential sales. This unique role offers the chance to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities in Calgary’s multi-family construction market.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between Tech-Wood and clients within the multi-family housing sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, with a focus on multi-family developments.
- Collaborate with customers and design teams to provide efficient solutions for multi-family housing needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes and manage pricing for client projects.
- Oversee customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure customer timelines are met.
- Conduct regular site visits with supervisors and other stakeholders on multi-family projects.
- Represent Tech-Wood at relevant industry events.
