JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service. The Sales Representative will engage with clients both in-person and remotely, utilizing tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track performance.
Experience and track record is required in the construction sales industry.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes effectively.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus, enabling effective communication of product specifications to clients.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele is essential.
  • Willingness to engage in outside sales activities, including travel as necessary to meet clients face-to-face.
