Tonerone Ltd has become already one of the leading go to places for printer consumables, growing incredibly in no time and are now looking for new member to join the team in a Sales Representative role Monday to Thursday.
This will begin as a temporary job role with potential to permanent if successful.

Monday - Thursday 9am to 5:00pm
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for driving sales. This role requires excellent communication abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

• Gaining new business through a variety of methods, which includes calling daily to potential new customers/suppliers
• Submitting quotes to customers, and providing courtesy follow up calls
• Processing invoices via our internal CRM system
• Answering the phone lines and dealing with customer queries, and forwarding to the relevant department if required
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and offering a solution
• Build relationships with existing and potential new customers
• Give new customers a full understanding of who Tonerone LTD are and how they can benefit them
• Provide daily feedback for all new requests
