JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Fitness Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle and is required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the products we offer. Motivated, fitness-oriented self-starters with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service, the Sales Fitness Consultant will meet and exceed all sales objectives in this upscale, high-energy retail atmosphere.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required

• Provide every customer with an outstanding experience.
• Excellent, professional communication skills.
• Previous professional sales experience a plus.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive.
• Be able to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience in the health and fitness industry a plus.
• Required to help with the up-keep and appearance of the store
• Conduct merchandising activities to enhance product visibility.
• Ability to educate customers through demonstration of products.
• Upsell products and services to maximize revenue.
• Familiarity with technology, and general computer literacy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using computer skills and literacy.
• Open to working a variety of hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Competitive wages, hourly rate plus commission, and benefits.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
