We are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Representative with a proven track record of surpassing targets and consistently delivering exceptional results.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in various aspects of sales and external sales management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
- Proven skills in prospecting and client development.
- Ability to leverage strategic information to generate tangible business results.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to optimize sales efforts.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Proficiency and functional English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with using CRM software in a sales context.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for professional travel.

Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect new clients through targeted phone calls, impactful emails, and in-person visits.
- Meet with prospects in a defined territory, present our products and services convincingly, and develop tailored proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Build a client portfolio by acquiring new accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and effectively addressing their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team by providing detailed reports on interactions with prospects and existing clients.
- Regularly update the CRM database and Excel dashboard to ensure effective management of customer information and sales activities.
