We are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Representative with a proven track record of surpassing targets and consistently delivering exceptional results.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in various aspects of sales and external sales management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven skills in prospecting and client development.
  • Ability to leverage strategic information to generate tangible business results.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to optimize sales efforts.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Proficiency and functional English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with using CRM software in a sales context.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for professional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new clients through targeted phone calls, impactful emails, and in-person visits.
  • Meet with prospects in a defined territory, present our products and services convincingly, and develop tailored proposals to meet their specific needs.
  • Build a client portfolio by acquiring new accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and effectively addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team by providing detailed reports on interactions with prospects and existing clients.
  • Regularly update the CRM database and Excel dashboard to ensure effective management of customer information and sales activities.
