ABOUT THE JOB

Are you a Sales Professional looking for a step into the world of Consumer Healthcare or transitioning from Retail Pharmacy into Sales? We have a 9 x month FTC opportunity available in our Victoria Team as Sales Representative- VIC Eastern Suburbs. This is a highly visible role representing global leading brands in the Pharmacy channel and responsible for all aspects of Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Merchandising for your designated territory. EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally you will bring some experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical sales OR have working experience in the Pharmacy channel looking to break into Sales!
  • Must have proven background of exceptional customer Service and relationship building

SOFT/ TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Must be able proactive and highly motivated in working autonomously
  • Team player and can-do attitude, positive and willing to learn!
  • High level of communication to engage with all levels of stakeholders- both internally and externally
  • Must have current valid Australian/Victorian Drivers Licence

Responsibilities:

  • Sales to budget – Achieve sales budget and executional measures as nominated by the National/Sales Manager
  • Maximise product distribution, shelf positioning and merchandising as determined by the State/Field Manager & in accordance with marketing/promotional plans
  • Awareness of reporting on competitor and industry activity to enable the review of the impact on marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy accounts which will give our company the high profile necessary to achieve long term success
  • During special promotions, ensure correct and current promotional material is on display and placed correctly, checking any special pricing is correct
  • Ensure that all day-to-day business activities are conducted in accordance with company policy and in an ethical manner
  • Maintain an agreed call rate and call frequency
