• Project management of trades i.e. building inspectors, stylists, trade quotes.
• Attending photo shoots, production.
• Preparing and approving marketing.
• Database management.
• Preparing appraisal packs.
• Preparing listing presentations and paperwork for client meetings.
• Prepare agency agreements and listing documentation.
• Preparing weekly vendor reports.
• Property file auditing and administrating paperwork in accordance with compliance.
• Managing social media and marketing content.
• Calendar management for the team.
• Direct mail drops/delivery
• Assisting with errands
