- Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Show resilience and maintain high levels of motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored product options to clients.
- Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, benefits, specialised services, and a wide range of product choices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
