LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic customer service-oriented Full-Time Sales & Service Technician in St. John’s, NL and nearby areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field experience will be an ASSET
• You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers
• Previous experience with telecom, electrical, audio, paging, electronics, or a cable company is an asset.
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical sales and outside sales

• Install, service, and program wireless Alarm systems in residence (Qolsys Panel)
• Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
• Drilling holes for wiring of a video camera
• Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Providing top-notch CUSTOMER Service and tech support to the clients.
