About the Opportunity:
DMI is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Platform Sales Solution Consultant to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales process by conducting in-depth platform demonstrations and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of sales methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with platform technologies.
As a Platform Sales Solution Consultant, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring that our platform solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will design and execute both manual and automated demos, write and maintain solution proposals, and document customer requirements. Your ability to identify opportunities, address customer challenges, and suggest improvements will be critical to the success of our sales efforts.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a pre-sales role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience conducting virtual demos using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Conduct detailed and engaging product demonstrations to potential customers.

Solution Development:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Work with product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements.
