A Day in the Life
The Sales Solutions Coordinator will deliver operational excellence by providing exceptional sales support and administrative solutions to the sales organization such as insurance and government programs support, CPT payments, training assignments, Loaners/demos management, etc.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and/or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas; coordinating sales meetings; etc.
  • Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
  • Develops territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
  • Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.
  • Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.
  • Performs sales calculations on sales incentives.
  • May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.
  • Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
  • Plans and executes process improvement initiatives.
  • Assists with insurance / government programs follow-ups, documentation, andpaperwork collection.
  • Processes the CPT submitted compensation form/training checklists for accuracy andcross references SAP ICE and Salesforce to ensure everything matches up, and there isnot a duplicate.
  • Prepares and schedules appointments with patients for their upcoming producttrainings.
  • Processes demo and loaner requests
  • Provides exceptional customer service to our external and internal customers.
  • Participates in all training courses/ sessions required by Medtronic, to achieve expected certifications, operating procedures, and product knowledge necessary to providing exceptional customer service.

OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

  • Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained
    through extensive experience and/or education.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
