Description:

We are recruiting a BTO Manager to join the team located in Riyadh Sales & Solutions Coordinator Creative with skills in creating content (Microsoft Office, Photoshop and other CAD tools), and travel expected across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the KSA upscale strategy in the region. The role’s focus will be the continued development of creative service delivery focused solutions that meet our client’s corporate real estate needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the KSA business development programme with targeted new and expanded annualised revenue and margin
  • Lead all service lines and hubs in delivering new and expanded business opportunities
  • Support the delivery of success target on renewals
  • Lead the KSA bid management process through the development of RFI’s, RFP’s and client presentations
  • Provide end–to-end leadership of identified opportunities from RFI/RFP stage through to closure, working on targeted and qualified opportunities including the development of the solution, win strategy and commercial model to ensure success
  • Lead, oversee and govern the bid process through to handover, ensuring that all sign- offs and approvals as required by the business development process are met.
  • Develop a full understanding enterprise capabilities, products, services and offerings to ensure that we offer the most unique solution to the customer. Ensure this knowledge is permeated through business development and solutions development teams
  • Develop a full understanding of the competitor landscape and develop commercial models and pricing to ensure competitive advantage, margin and risk requirements are met
  • Understand industry trends and movements, so that innovative and leading edge workplace practices and solutions are developed and provided, helping to provide competitive advantage for the business
  • Work within a matrix and enlist assistance and support from relevant people as required.
  • Work closely with the regional leadership teams to engender close working relationships internally for the ongoing support of solutions
  • Support the delivery of the KSA market engagement programme at service line and hub level ensuring a targeted and robust market strategy
  • Work with our hub leaders to refresh our go-to-market approach in key markets
  • Create an awareness and culture of cross-selling and improved focus on new business cultivation
  • Support the delivery of a structured commercial governance and operational excellence process for all new business activity and renewals
  • Delivering to the KSA operational excellence process and development of related documentation, including pricing models and deal approval summaries for all bids under direct responsibility
  • Ensure the accuracy of the salesforce.com KSA pipeline and tracker
  • Support the KSA line and hub leaders in the delivery of a focused marketing strategy enhancing client relationships, market positioning and brand with key industry stakeholder groups
  • Identify opportunities to create a stronger occupier thought leadership agenda and programme through the creation of white papers, viewpoints, client roundtables, occupier research, and events that support the CRM programme and enhance the KSA Go-to-Market strategy
  • Support the KSA engagement strategy
  • Build relationships with our existing and prospective client base in establishing strong personal credibility
  • Project/ Event Management – Ability to oversee transitions at all stages of the transitions, included but not limited to pre-trade analysis, timeline setup,communication with client & related parties and operational setup
  • Responsible for succession planning to ensure smooth transition from bid to operations
