Job Description
NIQGfK’s Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities and market penetration. Sales is NIQGfK’s growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success.
You drive new business sales for your scope, securing a sustainable sales pipeline, developing new revenue opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and renewals for accounts within own scope securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop a complete and interconnected understanding of customer’s business.
- Manage (new) customer relationships with NIQ/GfK.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide a customer-oriented experience and the best possible solution for customer needs.
- Ensure the development and implementation of customer plans, with aligned priorities and projects.
- Identify growth targets; build and maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM tool to plan forecasts and define alternative strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Manage sales by coordinating processes and business priorities with a schedule and clear communication (Sales Plays & Cadences).
- Adopt a forward-thinking and strategic approach to sales and contract negotiations ("Enterprise Selling").
- Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.
- Expand customer network to identify new budget holders
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions in the NIQ/GfK CMI and panel portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience of 4-5 years in sales, in the FMCG & Durables industry.
- Experienced sellers in CMI
- Detailed understanding of the market research industry and experienced in the fields of brand research, segmentation, and ad-hoc shopper and consumer market research.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Client Leadership: Excellent customer orientation and effective communication/presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills in terms of consultative selling and influencing skills.
