An outstanding opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join a top-performing team within our Endo Mechanical Business Unit has arisen. This excellent opportunity is ideal for a high-potential, highly motivated individual who wishes to develop new skills, gain exceptional experience, and have a passion for selling and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
  • Focus on working with a broad range of NHS Stakeholders: Clinical and Non-Clinical. Identify and interact with key customers and stakeholders within the NHS and Private accounts within a designated territory.
  • Manage the designated territory through the development of comprehensive business plans. Focus on the highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.
  • Manage and develop accounts and own the relationship between the Company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to maximise the impact of all activities driving growth.
  • Collaborate across J&J Medical Devices to work effectively with the Integrated Account Teams to work together with our customers.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO:

  • Have a proven track record in Sales, Influencing and business partnering skills.
  • Understand stakeholder’s requirements and be able to analyse requirements and develop strategies that drives the adoption of technologies and become a trusted business advisor providing solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build trust with customers by asking probing questions that helps the customer achieve their objectives, acting in a consultative manner
  • Effectively utilise the Company’s selling tools (Integrity Selling)
  • Maintain deep clinical expertise in procedure and product knowledge
