  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years within B2B sales preferably within the food packaging or a related industry.
  • Education: If you have a post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field from a university or vocational higher education program, that is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong customer focus, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to perform basic service tasks when needed.
  • Collaboration: You work well in a team environment and are comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
  • Mindset: Ambitious with a desire to make a difference and contribute to the growth of innovative packaging solutions.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and a local language, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills to manage relationships with international clients.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Sales Specialist for Duniform you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on frequent visits to potential new customers. Your ability to build relationships through face-to-face interactions will be key to driving the growth of our solutions across Europe. Working closely with internal teams, including product development, you will ensure customers receive the best possible service while communicating the technical benefits of our offerings. Your ability to negotiate contracts, resolve customer concerns, and execute effective sales strategies will be critical in achieving business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Duniform through proactive prospecting and customer visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs, negotiating business opportunities, and managing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Duniform product development team to communicate the technical aspects of products to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote Duniform products and increase visibility.
  • Perform basic service work on products at customer sites when necessary to maintain product performance.
