Description:

DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

As a Sales Specialist for Software Solutions, you will be responsible for selling complex technical solutions which comprise hardware, software, and services. Typically, these require a long sales cycle and substantial customization. Solution sellers evaluate market trends and business requirements/strategy to provide technical solutions to customer problems. The role may involve selling products from various business lines that are often strategic in nature.
The focus for this position is software’s for data protection solutions (Veaam, Commvault and other solutions)

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage the customer and partners relationship for software solutions in your region.
  • Responsible for software revenue, customer satisfaction and driving growth working with Lenovo Partner ecosystems.
  • Plan, facilitate and/or conduct software sales negotiations for assigned accounts direct and indirectly (By Partners)
  • Identify complex problems; work with other functions and/or team members to generate & coordinate solutions.
  • Execute and manage ongoing reporting and cadence with Lenovo and Nutanix stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly Lenovo sales & pipeline report.
  • Analyze new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, and assess opportunities’ impacts and risks.
  • Define problems, diagnose causes, identify solutions, and create action plans.
  • Apply creativity in developing new approaches and solutions.
  • Develop offering reports to communicate status of operations to customers and internal teams
  • Grow, and expand customer product adoption and revenue.
  • Lead Multi-Function teams (Marketing, Sales, Channel, 4P and Operations) to assure demand generation plan and activities execution.
  • Support Alliance Manager on Enterprise penetration plan (Data Modernization, Ransomware, M365).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years related experience software sales.
  • Language Skills: Spanish Fluent, Advanced English.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge within Veeam, Commvault, Server, Cloud and Storage. VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Suse and Red Hat Solutions are a plus
  • Skills: Presentation and negotiation skills.
