Sales Specialist High Power Rectifiers

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy.
Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with a focus on automation, high-power rectifiers, or related electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and the ability to control current and voltage.
• Familiarity with complex models and market pricing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining a commitment to excellence.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and ability to utilize sales tools effectively for tracking and reporting.
