JOB DESCRIPTION

• You are responsible for the entire sales process: from preparing and conducting sales discussions, handling compromises to following up on deeds.
• You try to build a relationship of trust with potential buyers in order to maximize our customer focus.
• You advise the purchasing and development team on pricing and you keep up with the latest market trends and the salability of products.
• You maintain contact with real estate agents by drawing up brokerage contracts and following up on their agreements and sales.
• You actively participate and organize events such as new construction Sundays, open construction site moments, real estate fairs, etc.
• You propose initiatives to stimulate sales and take the lead in organizing them.
• You report your activities weekly and think about how to turn a lost file into a success.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• You obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You can demonstrate more than 3 years of experience in real estate sales. As a result, sales talks/compromises/deeds/… hold no more secrets for you.
• You are critical in mind and like to take initiative.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, which enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and brokers.
