Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage multiple key customers in Hungary, ensuring that budgets are achieved with the highest possible return while meeting your sales targets, which contribute to the overall corporate sales and strategic objectives. You will engage with companies in academia, as well as the industrial and biopharmaceutical sectors, to provide material products from your portfolio. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to products, applications, partnerships, and pricing to enhance the company’s market presence, highlight differentiation from competitors in the Life Sciences department, and build upon our reputation for excellence. You will be accountable for achieving the quarterly and annual budget for your territory and providing accurate forecasts. Additionally, you will develop and execute a detailed business plan aimed at growing revenues in your territory, in agreement with your direct manager and aligned with company goals. This will involve gaining market share and integrating new Life Science products into your customers’ pipelines. Building favorable relationships with customers will be essential, as you will develop an extensive network of contacts within accounts, including all relevant influencers and decision-makers involved in projects.
You will also be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and updating customer information and competitive activities in appropriate databases. Furthermore, you will oversee all aspects of the business with each customer to ensure that the business plan is achieved, that customers receive timely deliveries, and that they receive the necessary product and application support.
