NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a wholesale business who is searching the market for a charismatic and determined Sales Specialist to join the team in the Poole area in a full-time, permanent capacity. With several decades of history and a great reputation for providing their business customers with excellent customer service and product quality, this business is seeking to expand their range of offerings and their customer base and have fantastic growth plans for the near future.
The position holder will play an important role within the business and wider Sales team, targeting existing customers of the business by exploring opportunities to introduce them to a new product range and seeking ways to upsell their current orders to maximise profitability. This opportunity will ideally suit an ambitious sales professional, capable of not only proactively sourcing business opportunities, but also building strong working relationships with customers, whilst also being mindful of targeting their approach in an appropriate manner that doesn’t sour business dealings.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively making business-to-business (B2B) calls for new and existing clients introduce a specific product range and line in order to convert them to regular customers.
- Actively seeking new opportunities to generate and cultivate new business leads in the market.
- Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with customers via both emails and the telephone, ensuring their ongoing needs are catered for and exploring further opportunities for business when appropriate.
- Managing the processing of sales orders.
- Instinctively handling queries, objections or complaints that customers may raise whilst seeking a resolution that meets everyone’s expectations.
- Consistently working towards, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets, in line with business needs.
- Maintaining the company database with hot and up to date lead and sales pipeline information.
