QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management within the IT infrastructure sector, with a focus on IT Infrastructure.
- Experience leading and motivating sales teams to achieve consistent results.
- Ability to align the team’s efforts with business priorities and GTM strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team across different technology domains.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure each team member is motivated, skilled, and results-oriented.
- Implement standardized sales processes, tools, and follow-up practices across all technology domains, ensuring consistent application regardless of the business unit.
- Build strong collaboration with the sales community, Go-to-Market leads, vendors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration into the sales ecosystem.
- Establish and drive team objectives, focusing on lead generation, opportunity development, and closing complex deals. Ensure each specialist is aligned with the goal of maximizing win rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and ensuring accountability. Report on team progress to senior leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
- Encourage a culture of learning and innovation, identifying areas for improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
