Pluralsight’s Revenue Strategy and Operations department is charged with helping leaders in our company optimise the way that we operate the business. The work is sustained on a vast amount of data and discussions with sales managers and key stakeholders across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Who you’re committed to being:

  • A trusted advisor to the EMEA SMB/Commercial sales management team to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.
  • Be the owner of the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews, etc.)
  • Flexible and able to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency.
  • A team player willing to help his/her colleagues.
  • Invested in building strong working relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing strategic guidance to business leaders and supporting data-based decision making.
  • Building analytical models that further our understanding of the business.
  • Creating and presenting compelling actionable insights to a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting and meetings.
  • In partnership with the Data team, own and enhance data-sources and data reporting.
  • Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies.
  • Participating in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives.
  • Defining and implementing the right Go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount Allocation, Territory and Quota Distribution).

Experience you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in sales, success or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS technology company
  • BA/BS degree
  • A working knowledge of both Tableau and Salesforce, but if you are not quite there, let’s talk anyway
  • Strong experience in creating Excel models and manipulating data
  • Capable project manager, can juggle a set of diverse projects with a strong track record of delivering against aggressive timelines.
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to interact and influence decision-making processes at multiple levels
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Intellectual curiosity
