Sales Strategy Manager
Purpose
You are responsible for all sales processes and accountable for defining, designing, and implementing sales processes and commercial guidelines for our international sales team in cooperation with our management team. The role requires somebody who can work with the latest ERP and CRM sales solutions (e.g. Salesforce) to optimize our sales team for success in different markets. You will also contribute to corporate strategy by managing data-driven decision-making processes and supporting strategic initiatives across sales and marketing.
Requirements
- Experience developing, improving, and implementing new and revised processes.
- Experience in a data-driven analytical role.
- Enjoy being the lead of change management.
- Oil / Gas industry experience is preferred
- Business management related degree is a plus
- English must have, German nice to hav
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, updating, and maintaining sales processes and documentation to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Build and implement a sales playbook for commercial and strategic account executive in cooperation with relevant departments.
- Analyze post-initiative sales, activity trends, and results to refine processes further.
- Administrator of CRM and relevant module of ERP systems responsible of design and implement new functions to optimize the system.
- Design, develop, and provide training and onboarding for the sales team.
- Create, track, and maintain sales related data to enable data-driven decision-making processes for the company.
- Assist in developing sales and marketing plans, business plans, and other management reports.
- Contribute to the development of dynamic strategic pricing methods to support corporate strategy.
