Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Administration Manager. The Sales Administration Manager (SAM) is an integral part of the Home Lending Support Team and is responsible for compliance adherence, strategic project support and escalations. As a Sales Administration Manager, you will develop a strong knowledge of the home lending sales lifecycle and drive impactful results. You will train Home Lending Advisors on compliance regulations, identify and resolve complex problems, and communicate any changes to key objectives to the team. You will be responsible for working with divisional management, all levels of sales operation and support partners to address opportunity areas and strategic projects supporting improvement and growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Cross-functional experience in an executive environment
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Unique analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage and equity loan compliance and processes
- High aptitude to learn new skills and applications quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt in high-pace sales environment
- Travel up to 5%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- 5 years of mortgage experience
- Knowledge of federal regulations and laws (TILA, RESPA, FACTA)
- Experience with Home Lending Client Central (HLCC) /MAX/Mortgage Express/Chase MyHome

Responsibilities:
- Monitor adherence for regulatory compliance, policy and procedural requirements for Mystery Shop, Call and Email Monitoring
- Manage all aspects of compliance related updates, communications, and training for new and existing team members
- Implement new procedures, reporting, MIS applications and organizational changes
- Analyze data to manage project outcomes and drive impactful results
- Research customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Serve as a resource for questions about the Net New Money and Relationship Pricing Program
- Collaborate with business leaders
