Description:

Gibbons Whistler is now hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in assisting guests with booking their ultimate Whistler vacation!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales/Hospitality/Administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS/IT systems is a bonus: Fareharbor, Peoplevine, Podium, Sevenrooms (training provided)

Compensation and Team Perks:

  • $24 - $32 hourly wage with commission ($24 base rate)
  • 3% commission on all Gibbons Experiences booked.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As an Experience Supervisor, you ply a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding service and supporting team performance within our Experience Centre. Other duties include handle inquiries, manage bookings, reconciliation, reporting and set the tone for their entire experience. At Gibbons, we strive to achieve the highest standards of customer care. It is essential that all guests be treated with respect and honesty.
We are looking for an individual to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual is customer service oriented, communicates well with others, can multi-task, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for making people happy.
