JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • · Supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers;
    · Establishes and monitors work schedules to meet sales and productivity targets;
    · Liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems;
    · Reports as required to managerial;
    · Formulating pricing policies and scheduling expenditures;
    · Make sure pricing is correct;
    · Work on store displays;
    · Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed;
    · Maintain inventory;
    · Analyse financial statements in order to enhance profit making opportunities;
    · Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards;
    · Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
    · Make sure that health and safety measures are met;
    · Monitor local competitors;
    · Organize and distribute staff schedules;
    · Handle customer complaints, issues and questions;
