Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent
- With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Proactive and positive working attitude
- Meticulous with good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing orders
- Handle Import/Export permit declarations, custom clearance
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standards
- Arrange and coordinate import/export shipments
- Coordinate sea/ air freight shipments and transport arrangement
- Liaise with air/sea freight forwarding, shipping lines, transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment
- Process shipping operation and courier service
- Handling of all billing and invoices
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
