As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic decision-making process within the Student Advisor Services. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting student enrollment data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance enrollment strategies and improve student retention while supporting the growth of MaKami College.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the Student Development Manager’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting the Student Development Manager in coordinating staff schedules and managing Dayforce
- Supporting Student Advisors by gathering of student documents, contracts, and other paperwork. Ensure that all documents are filed appropriately and easily accessible.
- Collect data related to student enrollment, conversion rates and targets and provide them to SDM
- Create reports for SDM
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data in MaKami Colleges systems (e.g., student information systems, databases).
- Work with the SAS Financial Coordinator to assist with any funding related duties
- Assist the Admin team with tracking and monitoring lead assignments
- Provide relief assistance to the admin team if necessary
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries related to the programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, commerce, business or administration would be preferable or a Diploma in a related field
- Previous experience working in a sales environment is essential
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Proven experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence decision-making.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
