Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Remote working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton Office
Salary: £23K - £26K DOE + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time. 37 Hours Mon-Friday.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a Utilities background desirable
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Preferably, experience in a sales environment supporting a sales team
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Customer orientated with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
- A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner is essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high accuracy work levels
- Hardworking, conscientious and eager to grow and develop within the role
